Are you interested in Account Management at a tech company as a career? Are you detail-oriented, technically-minded and do you have a predisposition for problem solving? If yes, then our Operations Associate position is the role for you as a first step towards Account Management.

Lastmile Retail is an industry leading provider of online to offline local marketing solutions. We are looking for an Operations Associate to support our Account Management team with the day-to-day needs of responding to client requests and onboarding new clients. 

This role will be a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home and to work at the Steamboat office directly with our CEO. While you are training and learning, it is important that you have in person touch points.

Key Responsibilities

·       Operational support for Lastmile’s Account Management Team

·       Responding in a timely and professional manner to clients

·       Working with third party support teams to resolve client issues

·       Comfort learning and utilizing Lastmile’s product

‍Preferred qualifications

·      0-2 years of work experience

·      Strong writing skills

·      Resourcefulness

·      A hunger to learn

·      Strong organizational and task management skills

·      Attention to detail

·      Customer service experience or an enjoyment of solving customer issues

·      Must be eligible to work in the United States
